Short version: we collect what the app needs to work — your profile, what you post, and who you talk to. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
Play With Me ("we", "the app") is a sports social platform. For privacy questions, contact support@playwithme.com.
To create and secure your account, show your content to other users, deliver messages, match you with players and venues, and to review reports of abuse.
Your profile, posts, stories, comments and listings are visible to other users of the app. Direct messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Your email address is never shown to other users.
Data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) and the site is served by Netlify. Maps are rendered using Leaflet with OpenStreetMap tiles. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and content are removed immediately. Abuse reports you submitted are kept but stripped of your identity, so that safety decisions remain reviewable.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, stories, comments, likes, messages, matches and saved items.
If you cannot access the app, email support@playwithme.com from your registered address and we will delete the account within 30 days.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, email support@playwithme.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Play With Me is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If we learn that we hold data from a child below that age, we delete it.
If we change this policy materially we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
