1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Play With Me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a licence to display and distribute that content inside the app so it can be shown to other users. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

4. Rules — what is not allowed

Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech targeting any person or group.
Sexual content, nudity, or any content that sexualises or endangers minors.
Violent, graphic, or dangerous content.
Spam, scams, fake listings, or misleading offers.
Impersonating another person, venue, brand, or organisation.
Posting someone else's private information without consent.
Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
Automated scraping, or attempts to break, overload, or bypass app security.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Every post, story, comment, listing and message has a ⋯ → Report option. You can also Block any user to stop them contacting you or appearing in your feed; blocks are managed in Settings → Blocked Users.

We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Serious violations — especially anything involving child safety — result in immediate removal and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

6. Bookings, listings and payments

Online card payments are not enabled in the app. Bookings, orders and listings are recorded in the app and settled directly between you and the venue, seller, coach or organiser. Play With Me is not a party to those transactions and does not process, hold, or refund money.

7. Sport carries risk

Physical activity involves risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, fitness, equipment, insurance and for following venue rules. We do not vet, verify or supervise users, venues or coaches, and we are not responsible for what happens at a match or venue.

8. Availability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
